I was in the market for a new car for 3 months and went 2 many dealers in Charlotte trying to decide on the vehicle that best suited me. In the end I chose a Hyundai because I was very impressed with their models, pricing and level of service. Jeff test drove a vehicle with me and I went home to consider. 

I was under no pressure and yet I felt taken care of which allowed me to make a great decision with the help of Ricks and JB'S knowledge when the time came to purchase which took less then an hour, my friend was amazed and said he had never seen anyone buy a car in such a short time, they never had me waiting on them and took care of eveything I needed or any questions I had.

Everyone was great in making sure I was happy and Rick explained all the fine details as I completed the purchase.

I have owned cars twice the price that charged extra for many options that Hyundai provide as standard, Im really very impressed.

I cant say enough positive things about how JB and Rick made this transaction work to my benefit and did their best to ensure I was satisfied.

Normally, visits to a new car dealer can be very stressful, but I have to say that my experience at Keffer was most memorable. I was interested in a lease but had 6 months to go on my present lease. Eduardo Prego fully explained all my options and eventually showed me the 2011 Sonata. RESULT: I am 71 years old and have bought many cars, but this experience was the best!! Eduardo was very knowlegable, no pressure,and he knew his product. I have the Sonata a month now and am enjoying this terrific car.
